Shaneek Williams is a certified project delivery leader and the founder of PMPro Connect, a consulting firm that helps mission-driven organizations, entrepreneurs, and professionals bring clarity, structure, and strategy to their operations, events, and initiatives.
A Jamaican-born immigrant who built her career from the ground up, Shaneek brings a unique blend of real-world experience, corporate delivery expertise, and purpose-driven leadership. Her work spans industries—from energy and tech to nonprofits and startups, where she’s led multi-million-dollar projects and transformed scattered ideas into scalable results.
At the heart of Shaneek’s approach is a belief in alignment and intentionality.
